Virtual Reality

In 2019, Valour Canada stepped into the world of virtual reality with our first project, Juno 75VR, in commemoration of the 75th anniversary of Canada’s involvement in D-Day and the subsequent Battle of Normandy.
As we create new virtual experiences designed to educate about Canadian military history they will be added to this webpage for our supporters and visitors to browse.

Our immersive tours bring the previously contested landscape or asset to you with the help of new 360⁰, virtual reality technologies. Once you don the required goggles (or navigate via phone or laptop), you will be immersed in your new surroundings: it is possible for you to move between key locations, compare modern with historical images, listen to first-hand accounts of that day, and watch linked videos, all while turning your head (or your mouse) to observe the entire scene.

THEY SHALL GROW NOT OLD AS WE THAT ARE LEFT GROW OLD:
AGE SHALL NOT WEARY THEM, NOR THE YEARS CONDEMN.
AT THE GOING DOWN OF THE SUN AND IN THE MORNING
WE WILL REMEMBER THEM.
